My philosophy: »To share personal experience is more than training!«
Experience from living and working in many different countries for 15 years can’t be replaced by anything! I have gained many ideas looking at different ways of communication and interaction between cultures.
Today trainings are only effective when the participants feel they get the support they need to develop personal skills. And this can only happen when they are personal. The fact is, with more and more international corporations, there will be more intercultural contact all over the world. Intercultural conflicts will increase. Therefore there is inevitable need for everybody involved to pay special attention to ever more cultural aspects.
It is my strength to hand on directly all my personal experience combined with my theoretical knowledge as a bridge person between cultures. The quality of my workshops is guarantied by my own continous education for example a blended learning education at the FRIEDRICH SCHILLER UNIVERSITÄT IN JENA/Zertifikat in interkulturelle Wirtschaftskommunikation and my active participation in the sponsorship & membership committee/ and with presentations at SIETAR EUROPA, holding workshops for the Junior Chamber International, publications at the DELTA INTERCULTURAL ACADEMY. Also I have participated in seminars to advance my own manners and quality of presenting & imparting, in conflict management and leadership skills. Lecturing at the International Summer Academy in Jena as well as the University of Applied Science in Vienna Neustadt helps to continously widen my own knowledge. Since beginning of 2006 Sabine Wagner works on the board of Sietar Deutschland responsible for event management.
